Delete your account

Deletion requests are not open yet

This website cannot currently submit or verify an account-deletion request. There is no working deletion form or request service here. Do not send account credentials through this site.

The launch process is being prepared so that you can verify your account, confirm deletion and receive a request confirmation without needing a support conversation. Completion timing and any lawful retention exceptions will be explained before you submit.

Account deletion and family deletion

Deleting one account and closing an entire family are different actions. The final flow will explain the effect on your personal records, posts and other shared content, as well as the permissions needed to close a family. It will also explain what happens to backups.

Controls available now

You can clear your current personal reflection and use the app's eligible post editing and deletion controls. Previous backups may retain earlier copies, and points award history may remain after a post is removed. These controls do not delete an entire account.

Exports

A parent can download shared family records. Personal reflections and parent-only conversations are excluded from that export. A complete personal-data export is not currently available.
